I feel like deep deep down I knew she would pass soon. On facebook I filled out my “inspiring people” and put John Belushi*, Chris Farley*, Kurt Cobain, Jimi Hendrix, and of course, Amy Winehouse. I included her in a group of people dead before their time. And now she is dead. Dead at 27. Hopefully she’ll be remember for the gifts she gave us and not the drugs that took her.
*For the record, I’m aware Chris Farley and John Belushi were not in the 27 club. They both died at 33. But both of over-dose, and both before their time.
