Practically my whole life. Everyone knows “Respect”
She wasn’t just a person. She was a godsend in my eyes. She could do no wrong. I’d always love her. She was caring, maternal, romantic, and my favourite quality of hers, hilarious. Amy was a sister, daughter, godmother, stepdaughter, and friend. A friend to anyone she met. If you were kind to her, she would return the favour. Every note she sang was a gift from a higher power. She was my saint, my angel. She was my bestfriend, always there when no one else was. She got me when no one else could relate. And she caught me when I couldn’t stop falling. Just because she is no longer with us does not mean we have to stop cherishing her. It will take a very long time to get over this terrible event, I don’t doubt it. But now she is free. Free from the relentless paparazzi, users, and the distractions of the world. She’s now with Sarah, Dinah, Billie, and Ella. Where she belongs. She’ll go down in history. She was the voice of a generation. I’m lost without you Amy. But I’ll be seeing you… ♥
